We use some clever technology to connect to your PC via broadband so that we can take you through the training you require without the need for a visit. It's friendly, fun and, of course, highly instructive - AND -

it's probably much less expensive than you imagined!

We do use the same technology for fixing problems - so if you have a problem,and your PC and broadband connection are working, we can normally link up and let you know what the problem is.

More often than not, we can fix the problem there and then, and usually a lot cheaper and easier than calling out an engineer or carrying your computer back to where you bought it!!
